Stretching the cloth

In the future, say 100 years from now, when we'd be roaming around and about land and water and the surface of the Moon, in our Bugatti Suction field S100s, and when we would need to take a turn, we wouldn't be bending our mass towards the direction, but we would be pulling the space time fabric towards us. Not turning ourselves, but pulling the universe in ourselves. Thus pulling everyone in the universe towards ourselves. Or trying to.
We would be trying. So will everyone else be. And thus we will make the universe contract.
Imagine thousands of humans pulling the silicon fabric towards them, but billions pushing it again. Away from them. The lovers. And the haters.
We lovers are pulling what the haters are pushing. We are trying to contract the world and be close. They are trying to leave the world leaving the fabric for the universe to expand.
And this is why the universe is expanding.
